ANACORTES – At about 4:38 p.m. on Tuesday, April 9, Skagit 911 dispatch received a report of a woman found stabbed and deceased in a home in the 2200 block of J Avenue. 

Officers responded and confirmed that the victim, a 41-year-old Anacortes woman, was deceased, and the reporting party then reported that his son and the husband of the deceased, a 41-year-old Anacortes man, was possibly suicidal and driving to the Deception Pass bridge.
