After the closure of the Anacortes Chamber of Commerce’s sub-agency, the Anacortes Licensing Office, in January, the Chamber has hired three new licensing office employees who are currently undergoing training at three locations.

The chamber’s CEO Jesica Kiser told the Anacortes American on April 11 the Anacortes Licensing Office is expected to reopen in mid-May.
