Some guidelines

  • Important: When you submit a photo, you are acknowledging that you took the picture.
  • Pictures must be from Fidalgo or Guemes islands. Deception Pass bridge counts, for example, but not the Skagit Flats east of the Swinomish Channel.
  • Pictures must be recent, within 10 days or so.
  • Photographers don't have to live on Fidalgo or Guemes islands.
  • Limit is five submissions a day. Not all photos will be used.
  • Pictures won't be used on other Skagit Publishing web sites or in Skagit Publishing publications such as the Anacortes American without your permission. If we would like to use your picture, we will contact you about use.
