With much love the family and friends of Elaine Rockwell are remembering her full life.
She was born on December 10, 1925, her brother’s third birthday, to Melvin and Mayme Anshus of Menomonie, Wisconsin. She passed away on October 23, 2013, at Mount Vernon, Washington.

Rebecca Lynne “Becky” Webb was born April 15, 1967 in New London, CT to Steve and Lynne Webb of Anacortes. She died unexpectedly October 27, 2013, at Prestige Care & Rehabilitation in Burlington, WA.
Gordon “Gordie” Rydberg, born on July 7, 1930, passed away early morning on October 28, 2013 at the age of 83.
Born and raised in Anacortes, he graduated from the University of Washington in 1953 with a degree in Business Administration.
Gordie loved the Pacific Northwest and after retiring from Standard Oil of California/Chevron USA with 33 years of service, he made his home on Lopez Island. Gordie enjoyed fishing, crabbing, boating, part-time cattle ranching and was a fan of the Seattle Seahawks from their beginnings.
Virginia McLeod, age 92, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 21st.
Virginia was a resident of Anacortes for over 35 years, a dancer in her youth, ballet school owner, girl scout leader, swim team Mom, Anacortes Art Gallery worker and Anacortes Senior Center volunteer worker. She was an active member of the Anacortes Crones group and church member at the Center for Spiritual Living Anacortes.
Funeral services for Marion Hunskor will be held on Saturday, October 26 at 11:00 a.m. at the Oak Harbor Lutheran Church. A reception will follow.

With great sorrow, her children notify friends and family that Barbara Ann Costello passed on in the comfort of her home on the 15th of October, 2013.
She was a great woman with a positive spirit: a homemaker, mother, volunteer librarian and bank officer.
After raising six children, she attended college, became a registered nurse and hospital administrator. She had a love for art, from charcoals, pastels and clays to oils and acrylics. She shared her love of art with others as a plein air art instructor.
