City workers agree to lower raise in 2012

Emergency room may have temporary entrance

Those coming to the Island Hospital emergency department may need to use a temporary entrance as the new connecting corridor from the under-construction Medical Arts Pavilion is built. The corridor will be completed in October, with the new structure opening in early 2012.
