Anacortes police are investigating a burned down portable toilet as arson.
Firefighters were called around 2:43 p.m. Tuesday to the 1400 block of 24th Street. Witnesses reported seeing a teenager holding a roman candle near the toilet, said Fire Chief Richard Curtis.
Anacortes police are investigating a convenience store robbery that happened about 10:40 Tuesday night in the 3100 block of Commercial Avenue.
